NIZAR VS ZAMBRY: JUDGE TO DECIDE

High Court Judicial Commissioner Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof will decide on Wednesday whether to disqualify himself from hearing the suit filed by former Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin.

Mohamad Ariff said he would need time to see if his decision would make the trial of the suit against present Mentri Besar Datuk Dr Zambry Abd Kadir a fairer one.
